Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

Mata kuliah ini membekali mahasiswa dengan pemahaman tentang teori dan konsep kepemimpinan serta penerapannya dalam berbagai konteks organisasi. Mahasiswa akan dilatih untuk mengambil keputusan dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif berdasarkan analisis informasi dan data yang akurat. Selain itu, mata kuliah ini mendorong kemandirian dalam mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan dalam organisasi. Mahasiswa juga akan belajar merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan inovatif. Dengan keterampilan ini, mereka diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi terbaik bagi berbagai tantangan organisasi di era yang dinamis.
