Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

Mata kuliah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pengelolaan SDM dalam organisasi, mencakup aktifitas manajerial seperti perencanaan, rekrutmen, pelatihan, kinerja, kompensasi, dan hubungan kerja, dengan tujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami konsep-konsep dasar MSDM, mengaplikasikan prinsip-prinsip manajemen SDM dalam berbagai konteks, serta mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola SDM di organisasi.
