Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

Mata kuliah Manajemen Relawan membahas konsep, teori, dan praktik pengelolaan relawan dalam organisasi nirlaba. Mahasiswa akan mempelajari perkembangan teori tentang volunteerism, nilai-nilai Islam yang relevan dalam pengelolaan relawan, serta strategi untuk menciptakan manajemen relawan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Fokus kajian meliputi proses manajerial seperti perencanaan kebutuhan relawan, rekrutmen (staffing), pelatihan, sistem penghargaan (rewards), serta strategi retensi relawan dalam mendukung misi organisasi.
