Mata kuliah Kepemimpinan membahas konsep dasar kepemimpinan serta kompetensi, kepribadian, dan gaya yang membentuk karakter pemimpin yang efektif. Mahasiswa akan mengkaji berbagai model kepemimpinan, mulai dari kepemimpinan situasional, transaksional, transformatif, hingga lintas budaya. Kajian juga mencakup kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW dan tokoh-tokoh Muslim sebagai teladan, serta isu-isu kontemporer seperti kepemimpinan komunikatif, pengambilan keputusan, coaching and mentoring, kecerdasan emosi, dan toxic leadership. Mata kuliah ini dirancang untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan pemahaman teoritis dan keterampilan praktis dalam menjalankan peran kepemimpinan secara etis, visioner, dan kontekstual.
