Merumuskan judul dan masalah penelitian di bidang hubungan internasional yang didasari hasil kajian teori dan jurnal penelitian;
Mengidentifikasi variabel, sub variabel dan indikator variabel berdasar hasil kajian teori;
Merumuskan judul dan masalah penelitian korelasional untuk menguji masalah di bidang hubungan internasional;
Merumuskan judul dan masalah penelitian eksperimental untuk menguji masalah di bidang hubungan internasional;
Merumuskan judul dan masalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas di bidang hubungan internasional.
Memiliki keterampilan menganalisis fenomena hubungan internasional;
Merancang instrumen penelitian mengacu pada hasil identifikasi variabel, sub variabel dan indikator variabel penelitian;
Merancang makalah kebijakan untuk memecahkan masalah dan memberikan inovasi di bidang hubungan internasional;
