Mata kuliah ini membahas konsep, teori, dan praktik kesehatan mental dari perspektif biopsikososial. Mahasiswa akan mempelajari berbagai jenis gangguan mental, pendekatan psikologis dan psikiatris, serta strategi promotif dan preventif dalam menjaga kesehatan mental individu dan masyarakat. Penekanan diberikan pada aspek budaya, agama, etika, dan advokasi kesehatan mental dalam konteks Indonesia dan global.
